This project, brought to completion by Paladin Projects, is a boutique residential development located in Manly delivering bespoke design and construct solutions across various sectors, including townhouses and apartments.
The project delivered 36 townhouses and 1 freehold lot, totaling 37 residences with construction commencing in 2021 and completion was in mid 2023, taking 2-3 years to build.
Type of lifts carried out by us included: Structural and steel framework install, roofing panels, trusses and pre-fabricated panels, material handling and HVAC and mechanical equipment installs.
